A monthly module by the size of the venue, and a few per-booking lines the diner pays. Every figure on this page is read from the code that charges it.
The Bookings module
Pro class, priced by venue band. The host tablet, in-app follow-ups, the Punziko member card (pilot), the assistant, support and the wallet are included.

Your band is the number of covers booked through Bukkiko in the trailing twelve months: Small up to 20,000, Medium up to 100,000, Large up to 400,000, Major above that. A new restaurant declares its band; it is reviewed at each anniversary. Major groups are priced by licence.

Per booking
Paid by the diner or taken from money that would otherwise be lost; never a fee on the venue's own revenue.
- Deposit
- Venue policy
- None, €5.00, €10.00 or €20.00 per booking or per cover, by weekday and party size. Comes off the bill; refunded on a cancel in time.
- Booking charge
- 10% of the deposit, min €1.00
- Paid by the diner, no cap. Never refunded on a diner cancel or no-show; refunded when the venue cancels. Of the deposit, 8.88% goes to the platform and 1.12% to the Punziko pool.
- Forfeited deposits
- 60% to the venue
- On a no-show or a late diner cancel the deposit is kept: 60% to the venue, 40% to the platform.
- Prime-time fee
- 60% to the venue
- An optional per-cover fee on the slots you flag as prime (Saturday 20:00…), paid by the diner: 60% venue, 40% platform.
- Partner-originated cover
- €2.22 a seated cover
- When a partner's link brought the table, each seated cover is a usage line on the venue's statement; the partner's own commission is set by you.
- Pre-orders and add-ons
- 2.22% + card processing
- The shop's rate on add-ons sold with the booking; card processing at cost.
- Follow-ups
- In-app free
- WhatsApp and SMS are metered per message at the provider's rate plus a platform margin, shown on the statement; the in-app channel through the wallet costs nothing.

The honest print
- No setup fee. Monthly list, billed annually.
- Band by covers booked through Bukkiko in the trailing twelve months, or declared by a new venue and re-banded at anniversary; a restaurant group may be banded per outlet or as one.
- Stripe processes the money; the venue's own payout account receives deposits and add-ons.
- No venue is named with its band.
