One tap. Booked.
The booking system that belongs to the restaurant.
Your tables, your deposits, your guests — on your own domain, in a wallet the diner already has. Bukkiko fills the room and keeps your guests' names where they belong.
from €90.00 a month
Three promises
The room always looks full — and never turns away money.
Ghost Tables keep a contingency off the online book. When the room is empty a walk-in is seated at once; when it is busy the host releases a table with a scripted line, and the spend is logged against the release.
No-shows cost the diner, not the venue.
A deposit and a small booking charge, paid by the diner before the table is held. Cancel in time and the deposit comes back; a no-show forfeits it, and the venue keeps the larger part.
Your table knows you. Nobody else does.
Names stay with the host and the booking. The floor and the kitchen see the table, the occasion and the allergens. Nothing crosses venues, and a guest may book anonymously from the wallet.
How a booking runs
- 1
Book
One tap from your site, the wallet or a partner: outlet, date, party, time, occasion, pre-orders.
- 2
Deposit
The deposit and the booking charge are shown before the diner pays; the deposit comes off the bill.
- 3
Follow-ups
Confirmation, a reminder the day before, a welcome on the day, thanks afterwards — in-app free, WhatsApp and SMS metered.
- 4
Host tablet
Tonight, the floor and the door on one screen: seat, depart, no-show, waitlist, ghost release, presence by zone.
- 5
Every visit counts
Punziko points on deposits and pre-orders, held in the same wallet; member prices applied automatically.
Works with your till. Works without it.
Every path has a manual twin: turns, no-shows and dwell from the host tablet; points from a staff-typed receipt or from what we processed; deposits applied by hand to the bill. A till integration is an upgrade, never a dependency.
See it with a fictional restaurant
Trattoria Blu is a single restaurant; Blu Group is a three-outlet group. Every login is in the README.
